Remote Customer Success Roles This Week (US & Canada)
This week’s list is a great one if you work in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing post-sales roles.
There’s a good mix of classic CSM roles, one senior account management opening, and one client success associate role for people a bit earlier in their journey.

Customer Success Manager, Payroll, Benefits and HR Operations — Toku
A more specialised CSM role in the HR/payroll/benefits space. Good fit if you like operational products and working closely with customers on adoption and process.

Customer Success Manager, Software Solutions — Versapay
Nice option for someone with fintech / payments / AR software exposure. Looks like a solid post-sales role where commercial awareness will matter, not just relationship management.

Senior Customer Success Manager — LaunchDarkly
Strong brand and a strong logo to have on the CV. Senior-level CS role, likely best for someone comfortable with technical stakeholders and enterprise-style customer motions.

Good CSM role if you like fast-moving tech businesses and want something modern-product focused. Nice one for someone who wants to stay hands-on with customers.

Senior Account Manager — Swiftly
Not a pure CSM title, but very relevant if you work in retention, growth, and post-sales commercial roles. Worth a look if you’re in CS and open to a more revenue-shaped position.

Client Success Associate — Orennia
Great one for someone earlier in their CS career. If you’re trying to break into Customer Success, “Client Success Associate” roles like this can be a very smart entry point.

Interesting role if you like more technical products and infrastructure-style environments. Usually a good signal if you enjoy working with product and engineering-minded customers.

Customer Success Manager — Traackr
Good fit for candidates with marketing-tech or platform experience. CS roles in this kind of environment tend to reward people who can tie usage to clear customer outcomes.
